Dress Up Diva ("we" and "us") is the operator of dressupdiva.store ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to ensure both parties understand and agree upon the service expectations.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, there may be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available products and contact you to decide whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase, and the price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are packed with love and shipped within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking details via WhatsApp or email – no guessing games here!
4. Delivery Time
You’ll get your Diva drop in 4–7 business days.
5. Change Of Delivery Address
Requests for a change of delivery address can be accommodated anytime before the order has been dispatched.
6. P.O. Box Shipping
Dress Up Diva ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
7. Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for military addresses.
8. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item is available. Existing items in the order will be reserved during this period.
9. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment.
10. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it if possible and contact customer service. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact us for further assistance.
11. Duties & Taxes
11.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the displayed price of goods on the website.
11.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be required upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary and are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the goods will be returned at the customer's expense, and a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
12. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, refer to our refund policy.
13. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
13.1 Process for Damaged Parcels
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
13.2 Process for Lost Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
